At St. Hyacinth Custom Drapery, we follow a structured process to keep projects organized and moving smoothly from start to finish.
1. Discovery Call
Every project begins with a discovery call to learn more about your goals and establish a general framework for the scope of work.
2. Site Visit
Next, we schedule a site visit to take initial measurements. This allows us to begin planning accurately and prepare for the formal quote.
3. Quote & Planning
We work closely with you to finalize details, including labor costs, workroom materials, hardware selections, and installation requirements. Once these elements are defined, we provide a comprehensive quote.
4. Deposit & Scheduling
A 75% deposit is required to move forward and place material orders. Once all materials have been received in our workroom, your project is added to our production queue.
5. Installation
As your project nears completion, we will contact you to coordinate and schedule the installation, ensuring everything is finished and dressed to a high standard.
